PACKAGING DESIGN & SAMPLING SERVICES

All of our Design and Production processes are CAD driven. We can either work from a customer’s own CAD file or you can commission us to design for you. We can advise on the most suitable materials for your packaging project, and generate a physical to scale prototype in the correct material, for the approval of you and your client. We do believe before committing your design to knife production it is advisable to have a sample or prototype made, whether it is for a simple folder or a full free standing point of sale display unit it can quickly highlight any potential problems. Any problems detected at this stage are a lot cheaper and easier to rectify than further down the production line for example it could save you the cost of a complete job re-print!

As our CAD room designers are also trained in all aspects of die-making, so they can spot potential flaws in the design and suggest alternative methods of design, layout and production, helping to save you valuable time and money on your project.

Our expertise not only covers the manufacture on Cutting and Creasing Formes but also the Constructional Design of the finished product.  We are able to offer you problem solving advice regarding your constructional design enabling a smoother make up of your finished carton. We specialise in Cartons, Rigid Boxes and Fitments along with Free Standing Point of Sale Display Units, examples of our work can be found in some of the high streets leading stores.
