DIE-CUTTING SERVICES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN HOUSE

VIKING PLATEN

We are very proud of our In House Die-Cutting Service, this is ideal for runs of more than 10 sheets. We can accept a wide variety of work from Folders and Cartons to Kiss Cut Stickers. Our Hand Fed Viking Platen allows us to work with materials such as Paper, Card, Corrugated, Plastics and even some types of Fabric. Sheets sizes up to the maximum size of 970mm x 690mm.

CLICKER PRESS

Used for more robust materials, (normally not printed) such as Foam, Leather, Rubber etc.

For very small runs, (normally 10 or less) we are sometimes able to use our sample making table to cut out depending on the material needed for the finished product, this can save you the cost of having a Cutting Forme made.

DIE-CUTTING FINISHING SERVICES

Once we have Die-Cut your product, we can also offer you a Finishing Service, whereby we can Glue and Assemble if required leaving you with a complete finished product ready to use.
